- 11tsp – Brown sugar
- 50ml – water
- 250g – Icing sugar

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS –
Get a bowl and put plain flour, salt and baking powder together and mix it well. Meanwhile in another bowl put milk and maple syrup together and whisk it well. Then mix both bowls together and whisk it well until all combined.
In a separate bowl add paragon spices cinnamon powder, margarine and brown sugar and mix it all together.
Then put the mixture in to a zip lock bag and cut off the bottom corner.
Get a pan and put little bit of oil. Then add small amount of the batter into the pan.
Let it cook for about 5 minutes and when you see small bubbles start to appear in the centre of the pancake it is time to flip it over. Then Cook the flipped side for another 3 minutes.
Repeat the same with the rest of the batter and add oil if needed to avoid burning.
Then add icing sugar and water into a separate bowl and whisk it well until smooth. Now drip the coating over the pancake before serve.
