INGREDIENTS-
- 3- small sized onion
- 5 – cloves of garlic
- 3tsp – butter
- 150g – cream cheese
- 500ml – water
- 1tsp – olive oil
- 1 tsp – paragon spices black pepper
- Salt as you need
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS –
Get the 3 onions and cut it in to small pieces and then chopped the garlic. Now get a deep pan and turn on the heat. Now add butter into the pan. While it melts add chopped garlic, stir it a little and add the onion. Stir again and close the pan with a lid and cook for about 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes take off the lid and add the cream cheese into the pan and mix it all together. Now turn the heat off and put the onion mixture into a blender and add 500ml of water and blend it well. Then turn on the heat again and put little bit of olive oil into the pan.
After few seconds add the blended mixture in to the pan.
Now add 1tsp of paragon spices black pepper (cracked or ground) and salt as you needed. Sprinkle little bit of parsley on top and serve with sourdough or any bread.
